Eastman Design & Cad Services is a Western Michigan freelance design & cad services business offering exacting quality Architectural and Structural Design cad time on an “as-needed” basis.


If you have trouble getting the necessary cad time in your work load we can help you.  We are available by the hour, by the week, or by the month. Eastman Design & Cad Services has more than twenty-five years of experience in the Architectural and Structural Design fields and we are able to come along side on your projects when you need temporary additional cad time.

 We also offer highly competitive design services for your home or vacation property.  There is no middleman, no "off-shore" labor pool. You sit down at the table with this business owner to discuss your future house or vacation home plans.

Our Architectural and Structural project experience ranges from churches, schools, private residences, factories, office buildings, storefronts, banks and warehouses, to free standing outdoor structures such as the Fredrick Meijer Garden Amphitheater in Grand Rapids, MI. Our cad experience is in Autocad as well as Microstation.  We can work at your facility or ours.


We also offer field services to generate interior drawing files for older existing buildings which are not on cad. This will streamline your renovation and interior design projects. Let your higher end personnel do what they do best and let Eastman Design & Cad Services create these field generated cad files correctly, and dimensioned if needed.  At your request we will use your cad level/layer standards and present you with a fully usable cad file which meets your expectations for line symbologies etc.


When you need additional temporary cad time give us a call or send me an e-mail. Rates are conditional on type of work and duration of workload. Time and materials is the norm. Legitimate inquiries will receive rates and fee tables.
