Varnish!?
Yeah.  It's a set of forms that we plan to re-use.  I tried tape on the forms and just didn't like
the feel of it.  I did these forms on my computer at work and cut them out with my skill saw.
I then ground them on my 12" disk sander to WITHIN a 1/32th of an inch.
I just felt that the tape was putting the forms too far off the lines which
we went through so much effort to establish.  It felt bunched around some of the tighter curves.
 So yeah we did the varnish thing.

Hey are those playing cards being used for shim stock?
Is that legal?
