With so many negative and ungrounded role models out in the world, I wanted to see what I could do different to have a positive effect.  With God's Grace we have been able to see peoples lives changed and have began building relationships that will lead into more people accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

My wife and I have been involved heavily in the ministries of our local church.  We both have taught Sunday school.  I have led  small groups and have been apart of the church's musical worship team.  I am also a counsilor for Way fm concerts and special events.

As I serve as chaplain I will be responsible for the prayer preceeding the race, for visiting any one injured during an event in the hospital, and for leading devotionals on Sunday mornings after  the races.  This is completely new to me and I am excited to have the responsibility.

Prayer Requests:  We would reach the lost with our ministry.  My family would be able to attend each week.  That God would continue to meet the financial requirements of the team.  The series would be succesful with no injuries.  That I would be able to build lasting relationships with the racers and their family members to see them come to know the Lord.
